All Complete Factory Buyers: We finance our Buyer at a rate of 50% down payment and 50% for 5 years simple interest loan for 8% interest with no prepayment penalty if you lease your premises.
Buyers who have purchased a Complete Factory which includes the land and the building from us can be financed up to 10 years, 50% down payment and 50% for a simple interest of 6% per year if you own your premises.
All financing arrangements have to be made in advance by the buyer prior to ordering a factory.
Trade-ins:
We take in Trade-ins from USA or Canadian sellers when you sell us your old factory and buy a new one from us. We finance Trade-in USA or Canadian Buyers at 6% interest for 10 years with or without real estate. Trade-in buyers in other countries are financed at 8% interest for 5 years.
