Answers to the following questions make up the inquiry that we will need:
Please make out your own format (both buyers and sellers);
Who: Buyer's or Seller's name and address and contact information (we do not circumvent Brokers), address of subject property, rural or urban, the entity.
What: Type of products or business, if real estate involved/owned, size of existing facility, available utilities.
When: The required time frame to sell or purchase, any barriers to delay the transaction

Where: Project location, building sizes, locations map, driving map and loading docs, rail siding and amenities.
Why: The reason for sale or purchase, the type and quantity of equipment.
Cash: (buyers); How much cash on hand, how much down payment, how much net verifiable monthly income at the present.
Exit Strategy (buyers): How is the buyer going to pay off our loan.
Photos: (sellers); JPG of the buildings, equipment, finished products.
